Barricade had not undergone previous testing. Barricade also tested in its original packaging. Standard – MIL STD 810C, Method 514.3, random type at 3 vibrations axes – orthogonal, longitudinal, and lateral and vertical, duration of 60 minute per axes. No visual damage was observed during the test at its duration. Test Facility – Ling Electronics Vibration System 20,000 lbs capacity, Unholtz & Dickey Vibration system, 12, 000 lbs capacity, UDVwin Vibration Control system, calibrated until June 2006.

Xpandit Tests Summary
Xpandit barricades underwent the following tests, performed by Israel Military Industries Ltd. (I.M.I) Munitions and Weapons Test Center, Ammunition Group Environmental Testing Laboratories.

 

Low-Temperature Test
-20 degrees Celsius (-4 degrees Fahrenheit) for 24-hour duration: No visual damage.

High-Temperature Test
55 degrees Celsius (131 degrees Fahrenheit) for 24-hour duration

Vibration Test
Random type at three vibration axes - orthogonal, longitudinal, and lateral and vertical, duration at 60 minutes per axes: No visual damage.
